I understand that in today's financial climate, costings are extremely important. I offer an initial consultation for half an hour, which is totally free. This is done over the telephone, or via a video platform. If we decide, that we would be a good 'fit' and you would like to proceed with individual counselling, then the fee is £55 per counselling hour, which in total is 50 minutes. These sessions are weekly, via video platform or face to face, normally on the same day and same time each week. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, where you would not be charged for your missed session, however, less than 24 hours' notice would bring about your session being charged at full rate. Payments are via BACS (24 hours before a session) If I am unwell or taking holiday etc, then you will not be charged for that session/s.
